I’m Erika, a UX/UI designer with 10+ years working on data-heavy B2B SaaS products. My background is in web development and design, which means I think about how things are built, not just how they look. That technical foundation shapes every design decision I make.

I specialize in the kind of work that doesn’t have an obvious answer: complex benefit platforms, internal tooling, enrollment flows, intake systems. The messy middle of product design, where user needs and business constraints don’t line up neatly, is where I do my best work.

I’m originally from Puerto Rico, now based in Orlando. Mom, amateur photographer, lover of documentaries and dance music. I bring the same curiosity to my work as I do to everything else: I genuinely want to understand the problem before I start solving it.
